FAQs

Art Print Details

8x10 Art Prints are created on an Epson XP-8700 Printer on Premium Presentation Matte Photo Paper, and numbered in the righthand corner.

5x7 Art Prints are created on an Epson XP-8700 Printer on HP Glossy Photo Paper, and are not numbered. The 5x7 Print retires once all 8x10 Prints are sold out.

Both art prints are received in a protective plastic sleeve with cardboard backing.

When Will My Order Ship?

Approximately 3-4 Business Days.

All orders are packed and shipped by Jen from her home studio. No third-party warehouses or drop shippers. Each item is handled with care and sent to the post office with love.

Return Policy

Jen Carmiel provides free returns for damaged or defective products. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. A prepaid return label will be provided.

If the item is in good condition but no longer wanted, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping. Items must be returned in original, unused condition.

Refunds are issued after the item is received and inspected.
