When Will My Order Ship?

For watercolors, prints, and greeting cards: 3-4 Business Days.

For original canvas paintings: within 2 weeks.

All orders are packed and shipped by Jen from her home studio. No third-party warehouses or drop shippers. Each item is handled with care and sent to the post office with love.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes- Please email me, and I will calculate your quote for international shipping.

Include a screenshot of the artwork or the title of the piece you'd like.

Return Policy

Jen Carmiel provides free returns for damaged or defective products. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. A prepaid return label will be provided.

If the item is in good condition but no longer wanted, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping. Items must be returned in original, unused condition.

Refunds are issued after the item is received and inspected.
