FAQs

When Will My Order Ship?

All artwork and greeting cards are printed in my home studio here in South Carolina! I ship out orders within 3 business days of the order being placed. You'll receive an email once your order is on its way.

Return Policy

I provide free returns for damaged or defective products. Please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. A prepaid return label will be provided.

If the item is in good condition but no longer wanted, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping. Items must be returned in original, unused condition.

Refunds are issued after the item is received and inspected.
