How It's Made:
Each design starts as a hand-painted watercolor by Jen Carmiel, then is scanned and printed in her home studio. Every step is done in-house, in small batches.
Peace of Mind:
I want you to love what you receive. Returns are accepted within 14 days, with prepaid return labels for damaged or defective items. (Full details are in the FAQs below.)

FAQs

When will my order ship?

Approximately 3-4 Business Days.

All orders are packed and shipped by Jen from her home studio. No third-party warehouses or drop shippers. Each item is handled with care and sent to the post office with love.

Return Policy

Jen Carmiel provides free returns for damaged or defective products. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. A prepaid return label will be provided.

If the item is in good condition but no longer wanted, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping. Items must be returned in original, unused condition.

Refunds are issued after the item is received and inspected.

International Shipping

I ship international on inquiry basis. If you're interested in collecting artwork from my studio, please email me the product you'd like, and I will calculate your quote for international shipping.
