It's now blossomed into a whole project, and I would love for you to be part of it.

What is the Small Joys Club?

The Small Joys Club was founded in September of 2024. For six months, I had just one member, my best friend Skyler. Since then, I've had new members join each month and say "yes" to our community's mission to discover and spread more Small Joys.

When you join the Small Joys Club, you support the cause to spread more joy in life and you also receive a little reminder of that joy every month as an art print & heartfelt letter.

When will I receive my Small Joys Letter?

I mail out letters the second weekend of each month or sooner.

If you've joined before the 7th of the month, you will receive your letter for the month you've joined. If you join mid-month, you will receive your first letter for the following month.

What's the difference between the two letters?

I offer two tiers in the Small Joys Club:

  • Postcard Print + Short letter
  • 4x6'' Fine Art Print + Full Letter

The Fine Art Print tier is recommended for those who want to frame their prints each month. They receive a higher-quality print, and the size is common for finding frames.

The longer letter also makes for a more purposeful self-reflection moments, and frequently includes journaling prompts.

What happens if I need to cancel or change my delivery address?

To make changes to your membership, email me at Artwork@JenCarmiel.com, or log into your portal. Once you join, you should have received a link to manage your subscription via email.

What happens if I need a refund?

If you experience any issues with your Small Joys Letter, email me at Artwork@JenCarmiel.com so that I can help resolve your problem.

I replace letters that are damaged or lost in the mail as long as they are reported within the month they are ordered in.

For any other issue, or if you are not satisfied with your letter, I offer a grace period of 60 days, and will offer a refund of up to two Small Joys letters. I hope it doesn't come to this, and that you do love your Small Joys Letters!

Do you mail letters internationally?

If you're interested in the Small Joys Club as an international member, you can join the Full Letter Tier!

International shipping is not offered for the short letter.
